Job Summary The Product Operations Lead is a part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized. The Product Operations Lead provides input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations into store hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. They also oversee and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs. Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management by creating a productive atmosphere for the shift. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for the guest. Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions, e.g., analyze sell-through data to advise store leadership on product focus or pricing for outlets. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding, and training. Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development with feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships. When serving as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule & Availability Schedule can vary based on store needs; shifts typical include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or special events, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required for some team members. Experience 1 year of work experience. Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work. Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others. Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or higher. Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to inform action. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: potential use of kitchen equipment and exposure to heat. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range : $24.00 - $27.61/hour, subject to location minimum wage Target Bonus : $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range : $26.00 - $29.61/hour lululemon’s compensation is pay-for-performance and may vary by market location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for a competitive bonus program where applicable.
